Second type of information is personal information in order to obtain a better user experience. This includes additional profile information (such as gender, preferred language(s), city, and a personal description), address book contact information, response to surveys, postings to community forums, participation in promotions and so on.
Third is the information that is necessary for the use of the payment services including your bank account or credit card information and identity verification information (such as images of your government issued ID, passport, national ID card, or driving license) or other authentication information, your date of birth, your address, email address, phone number and other information in order to verify your identity, provide the Payment Services to you, and to comply with applicable law.
Fourth is the information that we automatically collect about the services you use and how you use them such as geo-location information, usage information, log data and device information, cookies and similar technologies.
We also obtain information from third parties (such as google and facebook), your references and referrals.
We may use, store, and process personal information to (1) provide, understand, improve, and develop the Hamro Samuha Platform, (2) create and maintain a trusted and safer environment (such as to comply with our legal obligations and ensure compliance with Hamro Samuha Policies) and (3) provide, personalize, measure, and improve our advertising and marketing.
We protect your personal data through technical and organizational security measures to minimize risks associated with data loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure and alteration. To this end we use firewalls and data encryption, for example, as well as physical access restrictions for our data centers and authorization controls for data access.
Consistent with applicable law, you may exercise your rights relating to managing your information, rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information, data access and portability, data retention and erasure, withdrawing consents and restriction of processing, objection to processing and lodging complaints.
